V področju “Cloud-native & DevOps” se veliko zanimivega dogaja v svetu tehnologij v oblaku. Tekma za dominacijo je v polnem razmahu. Podjetja se združujejo, da ostanejo relevantni igralci - njihova prihodnost je na kocki. V oblaku so stvari zelo drugačne. Tradicionalna softverska podjetja, katerih tehnologije smo uporabljali zadnja desetletja niso dominantni igralci, ko gre za razvojna ogrodja. Veliko tehnologij, ki tvorijo novi 'stack' prihaja od podjetij, ki niso primarno softverska. Njihovi razvijalci niso našli obstoječih rešitev za svoje probleme, zato so razvili svoje rešitve in jih 'podarili' svetu pod odprtokodno licenco. S tem so zagotovili kontinuirano dinamiko teh projektov, visoko kvaliteto kode, odpravljanje hroščev in nenazadnje tudi samopromocijo.
CI/DC, Containers, Microservices, Flutter, Istio, Kafka, Kubernetes, … so termini, ki bodo obravnavani na predstavitvah. Dotaknili se bomo tudi vzdrževanje in gradnji infrastrukture borze kriptovalut, centralnega sistema za hrambo log-ov, itd.
